Cashkey Platform (“Cashkey”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with applicable data protection laws, as may be amended from time to time.

By accessing or using Cashkey, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto and further including any amendments / modification / update thereon (hereinafter referred to as the “Cashkey”), which is owned by E Revbay Private Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company” / “ERB”), and operated and managed by respective Licensed Associate/s, you, the user herein, whether registered or not (“User”), expressly consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.s

Cashkey is a B2B lead fulfilment and enquiry management platform for Users including Licensed Associate/s and Approved Partners, and is not intended for direct use by retail consumers. By registering or using Cashkey, the User authorises us to contact the User with respect to services offered through Cashkey and related business communications, subject to applicable laws and the User’s opt out rights.

Caskey recognises the importance of maintaining the User’s privacy. Platform is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of information of our Users. This Privacy Policy describes how the Platform collects, uses, shares and protects certain information it may collect and/or receive from the User via Cashkey. This Privacy Policy applies to the current and the former Users.

By visiting and/or using Cashkey, or by submitting or fulfilling any financial product enquiries (“Enquiries”) by/through the Platform , the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy, in addition to the Terms and Conditions applicable to Cashkey.

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who visit, access or register on Cashkey, provide personal or business information directly or indirectly in connection with Enquiries, use services relating to user onboarding, multi-product enquiry submission, routing, fulfilment tracking, consideration tracking, or interact with us through any digital medium including websites, mobile applications, APIs and customer service channels.

We collect and process various categories of information in order to provide, operate, maintain and enhance Cashkey in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Such information may be collected directly from the User at the time of registration or during the use of the Platform and may also be received from Approved Partners and integrated third-party systems including CRM/LMS platforms, communication gateways, banking partners and insurance partners.

2. Categories of Data Collected

We may collect, store and process various categories of information in connection with the use and operation of the Cashkey, including User identification and profile data such as full name, mobile number, email address, city, country and details relating to the organisation or entity through which the User accesses the Platform, including registered name, address and internal identification codes. We may also collect registration, KYC and compliance related information during onboarding, including trade license details, identification documents, bank account details, tax information and other information necessary to assess eligibility for consideration and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC) and regulatory requirements in the UAE.

As Cashkey operates as a B2B enquiry fulfilment platform, Users may submit Enquiries through the Platform and, in connection therewith, we may collect Enquiry-related information including names, mobile numbers, email addresses, city details, financial requirements, business profiles, turnover ranges, product preferences, insurance requirements and any supporting information or documents uploaded by the User in relation to such Enquiries. We may further collect login, authentication and device related information such as OTP logs, passwords, PINs, authentication credentials, device identifiers, operating system details, browser type, application version, IP address and other technical device parameters.

In addition, we may collect technical and usage data including application usage statistics, pages or screens viewed, forms initiated or submitted, time spent on the Platform, error logs, crash reports, enquiry lifecycle records, timestamps, status updates, assignment actions, communication logs and notification delivery records. We may also collect consideration-related information including Enquiry tagging to the Licensed Associate’s profile, conversion status, consideration eligibility details, processing records and banking information provided by the User for crediting valid consideration amounts. We may further collect such additional information as may be notified under this Privacy Policy or any amendment thereto from time to time.

3. Legal Basis and Consent

Where required under the applicable laws, we process personal data on the basis of consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests and legal obligations. Personal data may be processed based on the User’s consent for communications, storage and processing of User data in relation to Enquiries on the Platform and for sharing such information with Approved Partners and financial institutions for fulfilment purposes, wherever required.

The Platform merely facilitates the transmission and routing of information and does not independently collect, verify, process or handle such information. All customer information, Enquiries, documents and related data submitted through the Platform are handled, processed and managed by the respective Licensed Associate, who shall remain solely responsible and liable for the accuracy, legality, confidentiality, security, use and processing of such information in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Further, we may process personal data in pursuance of our legitimate business interests, including operating, securing and improving Cashkey, preventing fraud, monitoring performance, reconciling consideration amounts and managing relationships with Licensed Associates. Personal data may also be processed where necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including obligations relating to AML/KYC compliance, data protection and financial services regulations.

By registering on or using Cashkey, the User represents and warrants that all necessary consents, approvals and authorisations have been obtained from customers or other relevant data subjects prior to submitting any personal data on the Platform and further agrees to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in relation to said submissions.

4. How We Use Your Information

We process and utilise personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements for the purpose of operating, managing and improving Cashkey and its related services. User’s information may be used to register Users on the Platform, create and manage User profiles, authenticate identities through OTPs, passwords and other authentication mechanisms and enable secure access to the Platform. Such information may further be used to facilitate the submission of Enquiries relating to various financial products through structured product-specific forms and to route such Enquiries to the appropriate internal fulfilment desks, Approved Partners or financial institutions based on applicable business rules, product categories and geographical locations.

We may also process information to provide end-to-end visibility regarding the lifecycle and status of Enquiries, including assignment, follow-up actions, document verification, approvals, rejections and closures. User information may further be utilised for calculating and displaying indicative consideration status linked to Enquiry conversions and for maintaining audit trails, logs and operational records for governance, monitoring and audit purposes.

Technical and usage data may be analysed to improve the usability, performance, stability and functionality of Cashkey, identify and resolve bugs, crashes or configuration issues, understand Licensed Associate engagement and Enquiry conversion patterns, enhance product repository information, improve routing logic and matching systems and support the development, testing and rollout of new modules, products and services.

We may process and retain personal data where necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements in the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions, including responding to lawful requests, court orders and directions from competent authorities. Such processing may also be undertaken for detecting, investigating and preventing fraud, misuse, security incidents or violations of applicable terms and policies and for maintaining records necessary for accounting, audit and regulatory inspection purposes.

We may further process contact information and usage data to send registration confirmations, login OTPs, account alerts, Enquiry-related notifications, consideration updates, payment notifications, operational communications, training materials, product updates and support responses. Such communications may be made through in-app notifications, push notifications, SMS, email, WhatsApp or other electronic communication channels, subject to applicable laws and the User’s communication preferences and opt-out rights.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

User information submitted on or through Cashkey may be shared with third parties where necessary for operational, fulfilment, compliance, technical support or legal purposes can be directly accessed by respective Licensed Associate/s. sole first recipient.

To facilitate Enquiry fulfilment and related financial services, relevant Enquiry and customer-related information may be shared with Approved Partners, banks, NBFCs, insurers and other financial institutions authorised to independently evaluate, process, underwrite, approve, reject or service the relevant financial products. Such sharing shall be limited to the extent reasonably necessary for product evaluation, documentation, customer communication and fulfilment purposes.

Information may be shared carefully with selected third-party service providers engaged for the operation and maintenance of the Cashkey, including cloud hosting providers, CRM/LMS and workflow system providers, communication service providers, analytics and monitoring vendors and IT security, testing and support partners. All such third-party processing shall be undertaken subject to appropriate contractual safeguards, confidentiality obligations and security measures.

User information may further be disclosed where required under applicable laws, regulations, court orders, legal processes or requests from competent governmental or regulatory authorities or where such disclosure is reasonably necessary for identity verification, prevention or investigation of fraud, misuse, cyber incidents, unlawful activities or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

In the event of any merger, acquisition, restructuring, business transfer, sale of assets or similar transaction involving the Licensed Associate/s’ business, User information may be transferred to the successor or acquiring entity, subject to such entity complying with this Privacy Policy or implementing substantially equivalent protections. We do not sell personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for such period as may be necessary to fulfil the purposes for which such data was collected, including compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, audit and reporting requirements. Retention periods may vary depending upon the nature of the data, the category of information involved and the relationship with the User. User profile and registration related information may generally be retained for the duration of the User relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, accounting and audit purposes. Enquiry and fulfilment related information may be retained in accordance with applicable financial services regulations, AML/KYC guidelines and contractual obligations with financial institutions and partners. Logs, audit trails and technical records may be retained for such duration as necessary to maintain platform security, resolve technical issues and support legal or audit proceedings, while consideration and finance-related records may be retained in accordance with applicable financial, taxation and statutory requirements. Where personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, it may be deleted, anonymised or securely archived in accordance with applicable laws and internal retention policies.

7. Data Security

Appropriate technical and organisational security measures are implemented to protect User information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration or disclosure, including secure infrastructure, encryption, role-based access controls, OTP-based authentication, session monitoring, audit logging and periodic security testing. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure and, therefore, there is no guaranteed absolute security of information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and shall not share the same with any third party.

Sensitive payment card details are not stored such as complete card numbers or CVV information on Cashkey, and any payment-related processing is undertaken through secure and industry-compliant payment channels.

8. WhatsApp and Other Electronic Communications

By submitting your contact number and using the Cashkey, you expressly consent to receive transactional and, where permitted, limited promotional communications from the respective Licensed Associate(s) via channels such as WhatsApp, SMS and email, including but not limited to service confirmations, Enquiry status updates, consideration notifications and support interactions. The Platform acts solely as a technology intermediary, and all such communications shall be sent by or on behalf of the relevant Licensed Associate(s) responsible for handling and servicing your enquiry.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the opt out instructions provided in the relevant communication (for example, by replying “STOP” where enabled) or by contacting us through the details provided under the “Contact Us” section. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide certain services or timely updates.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable laws, Users may have certain rights in relation to their personal data, including the right to access, correct, update, delete or anonymise personal data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing activities and lodge complaints before the competent data protection authority in the UAE. Requests relating to such rights may be submitted through the contact details provided below. We may require identity verification before processing such requests and may retain or continue processing certain data where required under applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in legal requirements, operational practices or features of the Cashkey. Updated versions will be posted on the Cashkey with an updated “last modified” date and, where required by law, we will notify you of material changes through appropriate channels.

Continued use of the Cashkey after such updates shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
